The thrower lined up at the throwing line and prepared to throw, as the paper airplane leaves the throwers hands the recorder started the stopwatch until the paper airplane made contact with the ground. We then stopped the stopwatch and measure the distance from the throwing line to the paper airplane and recorded the data.
