CHARACTERS

  • Quentin: Also called Q, is the main character in the story.
  • Margo: Q's neighbor and best friend.
  • Ben: Q's best friend after Margo and is always trying to help Q.
  • Lacey: Nice and friendly, used to be Margo's friend, but not too much anymore.
  • Radar: Ben and Q's friend.

SETTINGS

  • Florida. (Where they're from.)
  • Sea world
  • New York
  • School

External conflict: Margo leaves to go to New York after she went to Sea World with Q. She didn't tell Q, or even anyone. She kept it a secret and then Q, Ben, Radar, and Lacey found out.

Plot: Margo and Q broke into Sea World and spend a long time there. Then after going to Sea World, Margo leaves without telling Q. She had ran away to New York without telling anyone. Later on, Q figured out she was gone and left. Q, Ben, Radar, and Lacey went into her house and her room to see if they could find anything to know where she went. That's when they figured out she went to New York. Then they drove 21-22 hours to find her in New York. When they found her, she wasn't very happy. None of them knew why she left, or why Margo wasn't happy they found her.

MOOD

THE MOOD THROUGH THIS BOOK WAS EITHER HAPPY OR MAD.

My favorite part was Part 1 out of 3, when Margo and Q went to Sea World. It was my favorite part because Margo was actually in all of part 1 and in part 2 when they weren't at Sea World she wasn't really with the characters.

The connection to real life is if someone you're close/best friends with, don't let being states apart split your friendship.
