I'm going to tell you about Paraguay's culture,people,government,economy,and history

Culture:
Their 2 official languages are Spanish and Guaraní.They are a Roman Catholic. People from Paraguay mostly raise cattle and farm in the eastern part of Paraguay.

People:
Mestizos make up most of the population of Paraguay along with the Guaraní. The population is about 5,534,378. The annual population growth rate is 2.3%. Life expectancy for male:68 female:72

  • The have the 3 same branches as us
  • The president has a 5 year term

  • PCI: $940
  • Trade: $990 million in export and $1.6 billion in imports
  • Some imports: machinery fuel accessories & lubricants
  • Some exports: beans meats flour cotton vegetable oil

Some natural sources are: hydroelectric sites and some forest. Products of agriculture: beans,cotton,beef,cereals, sugarcane

History: Paraguay was 1 of the 1st countries of South America to achieve their independence. Paraguay was 1 of the most important Spanish dominions in South America after Peru.

History: them being 1 of the most Important didn't last long because they didn't produce silver or gold. The countries basics were determined during the 1st few decades of European rule and reinforced under republic of Paraguay after independence in 1811. The president of Paraguay right now is Horacio Cartes.
