What is participatory culture?
Digital participation in literacy employs a toolbox of skills
(Persuasion, curation, discussion and self presentation for most
amongst them), and expands a range of involvement,
from tagging a photo or bookmarking a site, to editing
a wikipedia page or publishing a blog.

of people participate in creating cultural materials
like blogs, wiki's, forums and communities.
