TO ESTABLISH MYSELF AS PCM BY WORKING TOWARDS THE JOB DESCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

RESOURCING

RECRUITING FOR VACANCIES & SUPPLEMENTARY ROLES

RESOURCING

  • Support line managers to make great recruitment decisions.
  • Establish the number of supplementary roles required.
  • Manage the internal selection process for supplementary roles.
  • Work towards filling all supplementary roles with competent Partners.

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

WORK WITH LINE MANAGERS TO ACTIVELY SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF PARTNERS

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

  • Work with managers to Identify Partner Development requirements.
  • Promote awareness of development tools & information available.
  • Ensure & maintain accuracy of training records (PTD).
  • Support Partners currently in active development programmes.
  • All relevant Partners till trained.

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT

  • Establish & support a sponsor development programme.
  • Competent Partners appointed as Sponsors on each section.
  • Sponsors complete the induction process.

COMMERCIAL

ANALYSE PARTNER DATA & MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS

COMMERCIAL

  • Work with line managers to control hours (which will control pay).
  • Work with DMRS & BM to establish the role of the PCM in pay and hours.
  • Gain knowledge & understanding of manpower planning.
  • Analyse Partner data and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Ensure temporary recruitment meets the needs of the business.

COMMERCIAL

  • Act as an independent note taker as required.
  • Complete Duty Management training.

CULTURE

PROMOTE THE BRAND IN THE COMMUNITY & SUPPORT DELIVERY OF PRINCIPLE ONE

PRINCIPLE ONE

  • Support the new Partner Voice team.
  • Promote democratic engagement.
  • Work with line managers to create Partner Survey action plan.
  • Promote & support the Partner Advantage initiative.

COMMUNITY

BUILDING ON OUR SUCCESSES

COMMUNITY

  • New CSR champion appointed.
  • Deliver centrally set CSR objectives (Grow & Sell etc).
  • Develop community relationships (school visits etc).
  • Maximise Partner Volunteering.
  • Manage the community marketing budget.
