PHYSICAL EDUCATION

• Pheeeeeeeeew! Do you what that sound? It's a whistle blowing to start a game in P.E.(physical education ) P.E. is a fun special where you get to play sporty games. Have you ever wondered what We Play in P.E. or what we wear in P.E.? Well if that's you, let's jog into the book!

Have you ever wanted to have a nice P.E. teacher? Well I have. Mr. Johnson is the teacher with a blue and white uniform, black jeans and a shiny whistle. He is the person who's always got fun games to play and he's really nice and he explains instructions really well.

THE GYM

• The gym is an enormous space which is divided in half so the second graders can play. On my side their is a 2 basketball hoops 1 on 1 side and another on the opposite side and a white board to explain what you play in P.E. and of course things to play with.

GAMES TO PLAY

• In P.E.,we play games like basketball,kinball, four square,pizza tag and much more. But today I'm going to teach you how to play pizza tag.
• Choose 4 taggers they are the ovens.
• The people who aren't ovens are pizzas.
• Then the pizzas make teams of 5 and then the teacher decides if your team is called olives,pepperoni,cheese or mushroom
• Then, write the teams on different pieces of paper.
• After that, put the ovens in the middle of where your playing and put the pizzas on 1 side.
• Next, the teacher holds up the papers and what ever team it says that team runs to the other side until all the teams pass, the teacher will hold up the paper and then the team goes and so on.
• If you get caught by an oven your out.
• The last pizza standing wins!!
• Now you know how to play pizza tag, go play it HAVE FUN!!

WHAT TO WEAR

• Well,if your going to P.E. you should wear something sporty like black shorts,a blue T-shirt and trainers. You should wear something like that every P.E.
