PEER PRESSURE ASSESSMENT

Part one. Peer preasure what to act.
1. How to act assertive in a peer preasure.
If someone peer preasure you, look at their eyes and say no over and over again, then they will get bored so they will leave. Stand up straight act confident, and show no fear. Make good choices.You can simply stay away from peers and friends who pressure you to do stuff you know is wrong and not right. You can tell them "no" and walk away, and find other friends and classmates to hang out with.

2.​Different ways to say no to a peer pressure or bullying situation.
Ways to say no to a situation like peer preasure, make firm voices and don't sound afraid, say no firmly and loudly. If the bully keeps on asking scream at your top of your lungs No and walk away and pretent to ignor him.

3.​Different ways to seek help if you are being peer pressured or bullied
When you are peer preasured or bullied you should tell a trusted adult to tell that you are bullied by someone, as that person can help you and stop the bully from bulling you. Or you can tell a policeman if it is serious, and even you are not a victim and you just know that someone is bullied. You have to tell an adult about the situation, so the adult could help that friend. You can also tell neighbours your trusted friends and other people you trust.

4.​How you could help others if they are being peer pressured or bullied
When you see a person bullied you should immediadetly tell an adult that you trust. When someone is peer preasured or bullied you can tell adults or other people or friends so the victim can stop being bullied, so by telling an adult, you are helping him. From, being bullied.


5. ​Identify adults at AIS-R who could help you. Describe how they might be able to help you.
A lot of people and teachers at AISR can stop bulling from happening, like Mr. Leonase, he is the middle school principle, so he can call the bully and punish him or her and stop the bulling from happening again. Teachers can also help as they are also a person at Aisr that can stop bulling and call the bully and punish him or her.
