PERSON OF FAITH

WHAT IS A PERSON OF FAITH?

• A person of faith is....
• A person who believes in God in the darkest of times.
• A person who helps others in need.
• A person who fully believes in God with all their heart.
• A person who volunteers at fundraisers.
• A person who donates to the poor.
• Lastly, a person who will give up anything for someone else.

For my Person Of Faith I choose my grandmother, Maria L. Pedroza. She was born on November 6, 1950, in Santa Maria Del Oro, Durango, Mexico.

QUALITIES

• Caring- She always does little acts of kindness towards as. Such as bringing daily things we need.
• Affectionate
• Compassionate
• Considerate- She always thinks of others first before herself.
• Generous- She always gives us what she think we need. Honestly, I think she loves spoiling us.

STORIES

Caring-My grandmother has always looked out for me and our family. She comes over to my house each week or every two weeks to check on us. When she comes she always has a treat for us and brings my mother daily items we use in life.

Considerate-When my mother was in chemo she would come over to our house every single day and always make sure we were okay. My grandmother made food everyday because since my mother was sick she couldn’t cook.

Generous-My grandmother always asks us if we needed any thing and when we say yes she gets us what ever we need. A couple days ago, My sister and I wanted to go eat out. So when we told grandma she got us what we wanted. After our meal, my sister was still hungry so my grandmother gave my sister her meal even though she was still a little bit hungry.

FUN FACTS!!

• She absolutely adores my dog, Max. She even treats him like he’s her baby.
• She has seven sisters and one brother.
• She does not like action or violent movies ( because she never grew up with them)!
