  • To have a good phisical wellbeing you need:
  • To Have 9-10 hours sleep a day
  • To Exercise at least 1 hour a day
  • To Eat healthy foods
  • It is about looking after your health

SOCIAL WELLBEING

  • To have a good social wellbeing you need to
  • Try to make good friendships not bad
  • Try to get along with other people well
  • Communicate nicely with others
  • Try to make people think you are nice

SPIRITUAL WELLBEING IS ABOUT

  • Your Beliefs
  • Connections
  • Your thoughts and dreams
  • Your opinions
  • Think nice things be nice

  • To look after your emotional wellbeing...
  • Think nice thoughts
  • Don't bully and don't let People Bully You
  • Dont let people hurt your feelings
  • Get enough sleep

COGNITIVE WELLBEING IS...

  • Good education and learning new things
  • Bullying
  • Thinking about the choices you make
  • Judgement

Your wellbeing is determined by the choices you make. If you make good decisions/choices you will have a good wellbeing. If you make bad choices you will have a bad wellbeing. If you don't look after your wellbeing then you won't be well.
