  • Allows students to work at their own pace
  • Different programs to help ensure students distinct learning needs

What does it look like in the classroom?

  • The use of Ipads, smartphones, white boards, chromebooks
  • The use of programs like Dreambox and Khan academy
  • Assessing where students are at (knowing strengths and weaknesses)
  • "Guide on the side" rather than "sage on the stage"
  • Teaching to the "middle"
