Checkpoint Time

  • Assess Yourself: How far have you come?
  • What are your key accomplishements and what's yet to be completed?
  • What Stage in Business are you in?
  • Are you ready to advance to the next stage?
Assignment for this week is to take a stab back and really find out how far you have come and see if you are ready for the next step. To help you do that, I want to go over the stages in business, show you where you are, and find out if you are ready for the next one. I also want to go over some critical BELIEFS that will determine whether you can advance to the next phase or not.

There are 4 Stages of Business and you are in one of them. Find out which one you are in and how to get to the next!

List your Beliefs.

What are these thoughts costing you?
List them.

Growing Resilience is like a Muscle

  • You need to practice your beliefs daily
  • Go from hopeful to expecting to happy to extatic slowly
  • Create believes about YOURSELF, THE WORLD, and OTHERS
  • Create an empowering identity around yourself and expand with that muscle
  • Next time you whine about that thing, you are going to laugh

Reframe your Beliefs.

What beliefs do you need to have for a $100,000 a month Business?
List them.
Be as specific as possible!

Decide to be 100% responsible for how you feel.
Own it all.
Activate that muscle when challenges arise.

Being responsible means going internal and DECIDE how you want to feel about it. Go in and see how you feel about it.
Notice and acknowledge that feeling.
How do you want to feel?

With this you can shorten the amount of time you spend suffering.
My go to emotion is gratitude.
You can not feel angry and grateful at the same time.

What are you committed to doing to take responsibility for your emotions?
How often are you going to review your BELIFS?
