• Release form signed by parent/gaurdian
• Media may only be used for for event for which it was taken

CONSEQUENCE FOR MISUSE

• Reported to direct principal and Superintendent
• Disciplinary action will be decided on behalf of administration
• Action will take into consideration numver of offences
