• Converts CO2+H2O into sugar and oxygen
• This process happens in the chloroplast

Small opening in leaves of plants where gases are exchanged

CELLULAR RESPIRATION

STEP BY STEP

• Oxygen and glucose goes into mitochondria
• Chemical reactions happens in the mitochondria
• Break down glucose o CO2 and H2O
• Energy (ATP) is made.

CONNECTIONS

• Both processes use

• Photosynthesis is the same steps as cellular respiration but reversed
