What is a goal?
A goal can be described as the object of a person's ambition. A goal can be short or long term.

Short - Term goals.
Short - Term goals are statements outlining a behaviour change or outcome you want to achieve in a period of days or weeks.

Long - Term goals are statements outlining a behaviour change or outcome you want to achieve in a period of months or years.

How to achieve these goals

Smart

  • Specific: What exactly you want to accomplish.
  • Measurable: How will you know when you have reached this goal?
  • Achievable: Is this goal achievable?
  • Relevant: Why is this goal significant in your life?
  • Timely: When will this goal be achieved?
