Planning and planning to evaluate...
- Evaluation planning happens at the beginning of everything
- Research and innovation do not have to be mutually exclusive
- Strong plans and evaluation frameworks save even the biggest of flops
- Plans should be measureable
- Think S-M-A-R-T
planning is king.
Fail to plan and plan to fail.
And I cannot stress this enough. Our drafts are often crummy, so its important to have our ideas outlined systematically so we can re-trace our steps when something goes left.
Not all plans will succeed either, which isn't a bad thing.
Failing with a plan is still a success as you have a blueprint to work off of and highlight areas for improvement.
Without a plan you're shooting in the dark and surely you will miss the mark or worse, waste resources.
