PLATO'S JUSTICE
What is Plato's Justice?
It is the souls unity with itself
Plato believes that the soul is the decider in justice
Plato's justice would be a game changing aspect in current day society
3.
THE CAVE
This dialogue is meant to show to what extent our nature is
It shows our willingness to be enslaved by a story
It shows how given the option we would rather see the truth
Also how if we don't like the truth we'll happily return to our human epistemology
4.
PLATO'S QUOTES
"The life which is unexamined is not worth living". -- Plato
"Love is a grave mental disease". -- Plato
"Honesty is for the most part less profitable than dishonesty." -- Plato

MY THOUGHTS ON PLATO
If Plato were hear today he would make big changes to society.
Plato was a sarcastic ,narcissistic philosopher
I dont believe he would be too happy with the government present day
He would have probably still follow people around asking questions but on twitter
6.
Final statements/Questions
Could Plato's tripartite theory of the soul be used in justice today?
Would our courts have accepted Plato and his teachings?
Why would Plato's theories ever become non relevant?
Plato was a challenge to write about but not an unwelcome one
