THE POPSICLE

• 11 year old Frank Epperson accidentally invented the Popsicle
• He left a mixture of soda water powder &water on the back porch with the stirring stick. It then froze.
• 18 years later in 1923 he remembered his frozen soda water mixture and began a business producing them.
• The name was later changed from epsicles to Popsicles .
