• His powers are control of the see, he could create storms, and he could make earthquakes

HISTORY

• Birth and infancy: Poseidon was the second child. Poseidon was swallowed by Cronus but was disgorged by Zeus.
• Childhood: When the world was divided in three Poseidon was given the sea.
• Life as an adult: Poseidon was very violent and would not put up with Zeus’s behavior. He had a wife and 10 children.

Poseidon, Agaeus and the fatal curse
Once upon a time Poseidon had a child with his wife and named him Agaeus. Agaeus was a wine grower but was very hard on his workers and treated them like slaves. One day a worker told Agaeus that a wild boar had destroyed his country. Agaeus then challenged the boar and the boar devoured him.
