• "Please Lord, help me pass this semester with all A's and help my friends get whatever they are going through.

Meditation

• Meditation is a way to prayer by sitting in silence and just talking to God for a long period of time.
• Meditation is benifical because it lowers blood pressure and you connect with God without distractions.
