RELEVANCY

• We look at things and assume things are irrelevant because we don’t see it
• “Math is pointless I won’t be a math teacher”
• The subject itself is not relevant to you but the contents of it for example, math is useful for other jobs to count money and to calculate

BOREDOM

• The main thing that causes the most trouble
• Boredom can cause concentration issues
• Boredom causes other issues like being off task and playing around
• Boredom also causes other issues such as irresponsibility and encourages laziness which can affect school and your job

PROCRASTATION

• Procrastination can grant you to be late on missing assignments
• Procrastination can encourage people to be late and lazy
• People who struggle with this can fail
• It also affects your job as if you’re late too many times you’re fired ppl

TIPS ON HOW TO LISTEN BETTER

• The problem with people is that don’t want to listen
• Reasons why people struggle is because they’re distracted by more interesting things because they don’t understand a topic
• Any time you are distracted consciously say to yourself “not now”
• Identify your issues like if you don’t get it
• Keep yourself on task by using a fidget to pay attention or move your hand or feet
