  • not familiar with the content enough ( pauses)
  • Not looking at their audience. ( cell phone & too casual standing )
  • blocking the audience's view
  • Q&A time: Not fully prepared, chatting
  • a mono-tone voice

A good presentation includes...

  • Dress formal and be professional
  • Handouts- a good idea!
  • Visual aids- clear texts and diagrams (instead of a full paragraph)
  • Eye contact, energy, smiles!
  • Good body language
