  • This power is used in voting.

RULE OF LAW

  • There are rules and everyone has to follow them.
  • No matter your race,rich or poor you are treated the same.

CHECKS AND BALANCES/SEPERATION OF POWERS

  • Power is split between the 3 branches.
  • This is so its not a single branch acting on something.

  • Controlled by checks and balances system but operates only on other branches.
  • A judge can not be fired if they have the job already.
