Some animals in the world are kept in a zoo. Zoos have animals there that are fun to look at, and animals you don't really get to see. But is a zoo really safe for the animals? A lot of animals live longer when they aren't in a cage, and it causes bad things to happen.

An animal can get stress the same way we do. Depression and anxiety can be caused by an animal getting taken from there family or pack. Most of the time animals have a small habitat. All day animals have to listen to people talk in a languge they dont understand, having there picture taken which means no privacey, and being stared at until the zoo closes.

You can NOT bring an animal back into the wild. Animals have to hunt everyday, but did they ever learn to do that, no. Animals will NOT know how to defend themselves in the wild. Zoo animals were around people so if they come across a hunter they will imetentlly be killed.

Captivity is very unhealthy for animals. Animals like to exercise in the wild, but when an animal is trapped, they can't. No, instead of that there stuck in a cage with nothing to do because of this animals get a disease that causes them to hurt themselves.Just like how baby animals are really cute. Well when baby animals grow up often zookeepers will sell or trade the animals. These animals may end up in a circuses or a poor zoo. Zoos say they help animals but really most of those animals don't need there help. If they wanted to help they would stop taking them.

In conclusion, zoos are very dangerous. There a dangerous place that make animals do crazy things. They take them away from all that they have ever known.
