  • Slack is an app that can be downloaded onto your iOS or Android device. It assists those in different groups with communicating effectively. Each group has it's own specific "chat room", so everything about a specific topic can stay in one spot! No more searching through emails!

  • Why Slack? Why not? By using Slack, you can cut down on time spent searching through text messages or emails. Everything is in your group's specific workspace. It can be used by teachers, students, church ministry leaders, and many more!

  • Dropbox is an app that can be downloaded to your iOS or Android device, and can also be used on a Mac or PC. It provides a way to store and share photos and files!

  • Why Dropbox? Dropbox is a great way to store and share files without taking up space on your devices. It also provides a way to share and collaborate with members of a group. You no longer have to worry about making sure everyone is available at the same time, so that leaves more time for work. Also, you can access the items in your Dropbox from any device. No more flash drives!

  • Google calendar is an app that you can have on any device. It is a way to keep track of your appointments, what tasks are upcoming, and overall how you are managing the time in your day. It is easy to use, and you can even color code the tasks.

  • Why Google Calendar? I recently began using Google Calendar for work. It is a great app that can be accessed from literally any device. You can also share the calendar with whom you need to collaborate, invite people to events. I really like it because it is easy to use, and saves time when planning.

  • Wunderlist is an app that you can use on you iOS or Android device. It is a planner app that allows you to create to do lists. Who doesn't love to do lists?

  • Why Wunderlist? Wunderlist is an excellent app to track of what needs done throughout the day. You have the ability to create a to do list daily, and mark off what is complete! Another great aspect of the app is that you can create a task list for someone else. It has really come in handy for chores for my children!

  • Productive is an app for individuals who would like to track their current daily habits, incorporate new habits, as well as create to do lists. Because my schedule is generally pretty tight, this app helps me to stay on task, and get things done efficiently. With this app, you can kiss feeling overwhelmed goodbye!

  • Why Productive? With this app, you have the ability to see how productive you are during the day, and even see when during the day you are most productive. Forget to do something? This app has been very beneficial in assisting me manage my time during our school closures. It is easy to use (which I love) and can be used by many age groups!
