Juveniles shouldn't be put in adult prisons because the adults there can take advantage of them...
Or the adults could hurt them.
Juveniles shouldn't be charged as adults because they're frontal lobes aren't fully developed.
They shouldn't be charged as adults because, depending on what they did, because they're not competent to stand trial
They shouldn't be tried as adults because adolescents have not fully matured
