• It's a Maximum security prison, opened in 1995.
• There's a maximum capacity 1030 adult male inmates and the inmates are considered violent and high risk.
• Offenders who have a diploma can take college courses to earn an Associate's Degree through BridgeValley Community/Technical College.

PROBLEM 1

• Shortage of Officers
• Solution: We can try to offer more money to more officers which will enable them to join and try to make a more safer environment which will make officers less stressed when working.

PROBLEM 2

• Prison assaults have doubled as the inmate population increases.
• Solution: The prison should be more strict when supervising the prisoners and prisoners should be separated if they cause problems and they should let people at an older age leave the prison if they prove themselves to be harmless to society.

Problem 3

• Staff works to many hours and officers need more training to handle their job.
• Solution: Recruit more officers and set higher standards for working in the prison.
