I chose an amusement park as an attraction for my project because I think it makes people want to go there. Normally, all amusement parks attract people to come to it and enjoy their time at the park. I feel that my tour will want more people to come to Plant Playville Fun & Attractions.

The entrance to our park is The Cell Wall Gate! Walk right on through after checking in at the security counter, and you're there! Animal Cell- Fun & Attractions!

The cell wall is a stronger layer of protection for the plant cell. The Cell Well Gate is very similar.
It is the stronger layer of protection for the amusement park. This is because, the other layer is the cell membrane, which in our park is the security.

Make sure you come prepared like bringing ID cards and stuff like that when you come to our park. Our security is very tight and rough. So come prepared!


The cell membrane controls what goes in and out of the cell, just like the security controls who goes in and out of the park. They first check people and their belongings and let them go either in or out. The cell wall gate could also control who goes in and out of the park.

These counters are located by the entrance of the park. Don't hesitate, ask us for any help! We will do the best we can!

Do you ever wonder what controls the park overall? Well here's what it is, The Nucleus Control Center! The Nucleus Control Center is located next to the gate after you enter the park. Stop by to see a tour of the control center at 9:00 A.M. any day!

The role of the nucleus is to control cell activities in eukaryotic cells, just like The Nucleus Control Center controls what rides are going on in the park.

"Now that you've learned what controls the rides, do you know what suppliers the energy for the rides to function? Well, if you didn't already know, it is the mitochondria circuits."


Mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell. So it means that mitochondria produces energy for the cell to use, just like the circuits provide energy for the rides to work properly.

"Hungry? Can't wait any longer without food?" Come on over to our Vacuole Food Trucks located all around the park. Eat whatever you want! You say it, We make it!


The vacuoles in an animal cell stores food and water. Our Vacuole Trucks do the same! Our trucks store food and water for our customers. So whenever our customers want something, we have it ready!

Need to throw something out? Our have lysosome garbage cans located at the entrance of the park and near the golgi gift shop. But sadly, there are only two.

Lysosomes break down and destroy old damaged cell parts. Out waste can shredders are similar in functioning. Once there is old garbage in the cans, they send it down a tube which go into a shredder located inside of the Nucleus Control Center, and destroy the garbage.

Tired of walking to far places around the park? Then come down to the Endoplasmic Chair Center to transport you to from one part of the park to the other. The Endoplasmic Chair center are located next to the two Golgi Gift Shops.


The endoplasmic reticulum is a system of passageways that transports materials throughout the cell. The Endoplasmic Chairs are very similar to the endoplasmic reticulum. They transport you from one side of park to the other. The Endoplasmic Chairs transport people to different areas of the park, just like the endoplasmic reticulum transports materials throughout the cell.

We have the best lights in our park! It makes it easier for people to see our drama acts and our special movies. Our lights are the Chloroplast Lighting!

One organelle that is in a plant cell but not in a animal cell is chloroplast, because chloroplast is only related to plant cells. For plants chloroplasts function as a food source. They capture energy from the sunlight to function properly, like the lights at an amusement park.

The golgi bodies function is to synthesize, package, and secrete cell proteins. This basically means that golgi bodies make proteins, then package them, and distribute them to other parts of the cell. The Golgi Gift shops do the same. They sort and package things in their stores for people to buy.
