  • The children were forced into this situation
  • Most Palestinian children had never been to their country's capital
  • Many are in refugee camps and had nevere been near the checkpoint
  • Israeli children have more freedom and can go across checkpoints easier

FREEDOM

ALL THE CHILDREN WANTED FREEDOM FOR THEIR OWN COUNTRY

SAFETY

  • All the children wanted more safety in their lives
  • For example: Yarko and Daniel were always scared to ride the public bus to school

LOST

  • Daniel and Yarko were very lost about their situation
  • They were born into a Jewish family but weren't very religious
  • They felt scared when they were by very religious people

  • Even though they came from very diverse cultures..
  • They managed to become friends for a period of time

  • Although the children don't agree with everything thats going on..
  • They are still supportive and faithful of their people
