Why are psychographics important to a marketer?
Understanding our customers Psychographics allows us to delve deeper. When we find out what motivates our customer we can better serve their needs, translating to satisfaction, which will allow for a higher rate of conversion

We can use the information on what activities they choose to engage in to better target our images and where we place our ads. We can alter our Facebook ads to males who are interested in wine and watersports, pairing this with an appropriate image choice. Narrowing our audience will lead to a better ROI.

Values:

We know our customer values quality. With this information, we can align our messaging with our customer's values to create a stronger bond.

Social Status:

Our customer feels social status is important

We know social status is important to our customer. We can mirror our messaging that says it is important to us as well. Consumers want to align with a brand that shares their attitudes.
