INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION

One to many/mass of people and self-to-globalization of communication.

SOCIAL NETWORKS: COMMUNICATION AND CHANGE

  • The Internet has provided information, entertainment, communication, and advertising space.
  • All societies are characterized by patterns of communication and information models.

SOCIAL NETWORKS: AFFECT/IMPROVE OUR WRITING

  • As we all use social media to communicate and share, we tend to shorten some words and make up words that aren't part of our language, such as for Spanish speakers "bus" instead of "autobus". However, we all learn from others as we learn a lot through social media, and we can improve our writing skills by reading news on social media, especially Facebook and Twitter.

Early conversations: communication & dialogue

  • Dialogue: requires that each partner in an interaction must have at least some recognition of the consciousness of the other, in order to be open to the acts of the other.

EXAMPLE: INFANT-MOTHER RELATIONSHIP

IMPROVING WRITING SKILLS

  • An infant-mother relationship can help improve the writing skills of the infant, by the simple coordination dialogue and the openness and mutual recognition to engage with others. Mothers can help their infants improve their writing skills by teaching them the correct way and keywords to keep improving.
