If we can teach students to identify what kind of questions they are being asked, we can also teach them where they need to go to find those answers.

If we can teach students to identify what kind of question they are answering, they will identify where the answer can be found.

We know that students must be able to answer higher level questions. We can also use QAR to write better questions for our students to answer.
