this is my presentationand My topic is about quantum teleportation

Essential Questioin

  • How can transportation evolve

Main topics

  • What Teleportation is about? 2. When it was first discovered , studied? 3. Who the main scientists/ researchers are in this field? 4. Why teleportation was of interest or studied, introduced, etc.? 5. Where discoveries / research have been made or found about teleportation? 6. How teleportation has been used or improved life or helped others?

WHAT
Quantum teleportation is a process by which quantum information can be transmitted exactly from one location to another, with the help of classical communication

When

  • Quantum Teleportation was officially discovered on September 21, 2014. It was discovered when Physicists at the University of Geneva have figured out how to teleport the quantum state of a photon to a crystal over 25 kilometers of optical fiber
discovered on september 21, 2014
physicist from university of geneva teleported the quantum state of photon into crystal

who

  • Who discovered it: Students from the University of Leicester-James Nelms, Declan Roberts, Suzanne Thomas and David Starkey
  • Discovered what: how long it would take how a human to teleport- the data transfer would require up to 4.85x 10 to the 15th power years

who (continued)

  • Discovered at: Fourth year MPhys students at Leicester’s Department of Physics and Astronomy
  • Discovered on: July 30, 2016

who

  • Who discovered it: Physicists at the Kavli Institute of Nanoscience
  • Discovered what: Successfully hijacked that quantum weirdness -- doing so reliably for the first time: teleportation of data

who (continued)

  • Discovered at: part of the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands
  • Discovered on: May 29, 2016

who

  • Who discovered it: Wolfgang Tittel, professor in the Department of Physics and Astronomy
  • Discovered what: successfully demonstrated teleportation of a photon (an elementary particle of light) over a straight-line distance of six kilometres using The City of Calgary’s fibre optic cable infrastructure

who (continued)

  • Discovered at: University of Calgary
  • Discovered on: September 20, 2016

why

it is a useful, secure way to transmit information

where

  • Leicester’s Department of Physics and Astronomy, in UK
  • Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands
  • University of Calgary, in Canada

How

  • Teleportation has improved the life of others because it improves quantum computing (uses entanglement to perform operations on data) , communication, network, and eventually quantum internet( where ones and zeros coexist as qubits and where packets of data are replaced by encoded light cables of extremely large numbers).
improves quantum computing, communication, network, and quantum internet

FINAL THOUGHT
I believe quantum teleportation is important because it is a secure way to send important information from one place to another and that can help the world if countries are trying to send things to one another without the message being seen by Unauthorized people.
