When buying seaweed, must choose wild and organic seaweed if possible. Seaweed will absorb the properties of the water in which they are grown, so you want to ensure that they have been grown and harvested in unpolluted waters that are pure and free from harmful chemicals.

How it works:
As you soak, the gel from the seaweed will transfer onto your skin. This coating increase perspiration to release system toxins. Depleted minerals are then replaced by the osmosis effect.

How to take a seaweed bath

Place a bag of seaweed in a bath of hot water. The seaweed will turn a beautiful green colour and as it release the minerals,the water will turn into a rich brown colour
Make sure the water cools enough to comfortably get in.
Soak for 15-30 mins
For the best result, finish with a cool shower and don't use any toiletries/soap
