Racial profiling is the practice of using nationality, race and religion as a proxy, or method, of determining someone's likeliness of committing a crime.

This issue is an unconstitutional act as it defies the 14th and the 4th amendment. As well as this, it also limits freedom for minorities due to the fact that they they have a higher likeliness of getting profiled due to their race.

In addition, minorities will possibly run from authorities because they know they will be subjected to unjustness, and as a result feeds the issue as it gives officers a reason to peruse some one of said minority.
