When and where of the invention or inventor?

  • In the industrial revolution, railways was a basic transportation.
  • Around 1804 the first ever successful railway was invented near Merthyr Tydfil in South Wales.

What did the invention do?

  • Railways were important because it was one of their only transportation.
  • Railways are used for trains to transport. In the industrial revolution only steam trains were the only trains back then.

What were the benefits of the invention?

  • There were many benifits of the invention.
  • One of the main benefits of the invention was the transportation. The reason why it was so important in the revolution, was because they needed safe, easy and quick transportaqtion for mining materials.

what problems were there around the inventor?

  • Back in the industrial revolution there werent many problems.
  • Al though there was a reason why some people didn't like railways. Some people didn't like railways because if theyhad to transport something, sometimes they would be in their way.

What evidence of the invention legacy can we see in 2017?

  • In 2017 there aren't any problems with railways, because the train does the work on the railways.
  • Although in the past few years trains have gotten more advanced and can carry more people and material.
