PRESENTATION OUTLINE
Until you have an agreement with an agent, any agent represents the seller, either as the seller's exclusive agent or a seller sub-agent. By agency law, the agent MUST represent the seller's best interests, NOT yours.
With an exclusive buyer agency agreement, by law, a Buyer's Agent MUST “promote the interests of the buyer with the utmost good faith, loyalty and fidelity” and MUST “protect the buyer’s confidences…”
Without a real estate professional working hard on your behalf by providing you with experienced and accurate market information, you may end up paying more than necessary to purchase your home.
With access to the Centralized Showing Service, we can schedule private showings for the homes you want to see.
We will guide you through the Offer to Purchase, Due Diligence, Inspections, Appraisal, Survey, Final Walk-through, and Closing.
In most cases, no out of pocket cash is required for you to obtain the services of a Buyer’s Agent. The agent’s fee is paid from the transaction, and usually comes directly from the seller’s side!
