• To become a real estate agent you must first be 18 or 19 years old depending on your state second you need to complete and pass your pre license and then complete and pass your state real estate license exam

PROS AND CONS

• Pro: You have unlimited income potential
• Con: it’s not always consistent money there maybe 2-3 months that you go without a paycheck

• What are some of the best parts about being a real estate agent?
• The best parts are getting to work with friends and family every day. And getting to see the smile on someone’s face when they finally find their dream home.

• What do you do when no one is looking to buy or sell and you aren’t getting that paycheck?
• Well I have to rely on my wife and hope that her job can help us make it and I even pick up some small jobs to do on the side to bring in more cash
