Red-Eyed Tree Frogs

are interesting amphibians

Their scientific name is Agalichnis Callidryas

Tadpoles

These tadpoles will eat small insects when they hatch

Tadpoles then reach metamorphosis and turn into brown frogs with tails

Red-Eyed Tree Frogs

then turn brightly colored

are often found near ponds like this

Red-Eyed Tree Frogs

Fully grown frogs

 eat things like that cricket

Those lines on it's eye are the 3rd eyelid called Nicitating Membrane which, is used when Red-Eyed Tree Frogs sleep
