We depend on China more then we realize. Without China, we would be lost. All of our clothes, toys, and other things are from China. I learned that sometimes you need help from other countries and that it's ok.
First of, I learned a lot of things. For example, I learned that people that died while they were building the Great Wall were "buried" in the wall. That seems a little harsh in a way, but I understand. I also realized how much the Great Wall protected them.
I had the religion Laozi. I learned how important peace is, and I think I should try sitting by a river sometime. I realized how important balance is how there is a little bit of bad in good, and a little bit of good in bad.
I learned that chopsticks are hard to use, but with enough practice, you can do anything. Chopsticks helped bring out Chinese culture to America, because now a lot of people know what chopsticks are and in a way, it gives more respect toward Chinese people, because they realize how hard it is to get food.
With the Silk Road passage, I learned that a Chinese spy that worked for the emperor made the Silk Road (in a way). I realized how much the Silk Road influenced the present day. Many religions spread through the Silk Road. I now know how important good trading routes are.
