• People were very unhappy during this time.
• During the renaissance many things were invented.
• An example of one of the inventions was the compass.
• The compass helped people have better direction.

WHY DOES THE COUNTER-REFORMATION DEVELOP?

• There was a catholic order in response to Protestantism.
• They were called the Jesuits.
• Reforms came from the church to bring up
• the issues with Protestantism.
