The Creation story

The Bible

• The Bible consists of chapters that reveal and tell events that will happen, and that have already occurred
• It states that God created the earth without void and placed mankind to love him and follow God's Will
• Jesus sacrificed himself to cleanse us from our sins
• The Holy Trinity is God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit

The Beginning

• God created Adam, the first man to till the earth
• Later, God created Eve from Adam's rib
• God informed Adam and Eve to not partake in the tree of knowledge of good and evil
• God also created the most beautiful creature now known as the "serpent"
• The serpent tempted Adam and Eve to partake in the tree and they did
• Then they realized they were naked and covered themselves up, not knowing that God already knew what they had done

Consequences and Beliefs

• God punished Adam and Eve, hence they had to till the earth for the rest of their lives
• The Garden of Eden was "covered by an flaming sword" so no one could enter
• Christians believe that we are God's greatest creation
• It is our job to protect our planet
• God said "if you live by God's will, you shall live forever"

• God created the earth first and foremost
• Muhammad was the last prophet that was sent to earth; and was later revealed God was revealed through Gabriel
• As told before, they believe that Adam was first mankind and Eve was created by Adam's rib

• Muslims believe that the Quran is the basic teachings of Muhammad (the last prophet)
• The Muslims believe that we are to take care of the earth and not just do away as we please
