MONASTERY OF THE

FOUNDED:

• The monastery was founded in 1981 by the Abbaye Sainte-Marie des Deux-Montagnes in Canada.

PRAYER LIFE:

• "Little Hours"--- consists of hymn, three psalms, a short reading, and a concluding prayer.
• The nuns pray everyday
• The nuns pray 7 times a day and once at night.
• They are Benedictine nuns belonging to the Congregation of Solesmes.

DAY-TO-DAY LIFE:

• After eating, each nun had a task to do, in the kitchen, the altar bread department, the sewing room, etc.
• Prayed daily

LIFESTYLE:

• Prayer everyday
• They have responsibilities to take care of like chores.
• Have a good attitude throughout the day, everyday.
