RELIGION

the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods
THIS PICTURE CONNECTS TO THE WORD, "RELIGION", BECAUSE EVERYONE THAT BELIEVES IN A CERTAIN RELIGION HAS A CERTAIN SYMBOL THAT REPRESENTS THEIR RELIGION

ADHERENT

someone who supports a particular party, person, or set of ideas
This picture connects to the definition of "adherent" because this picture shows a Buddha, and Buddhists usually believe in the Buddha, so it shows how these people are adherents, they believe in a spirit or in other cases a leader or person.

TENET/BELIEF

an acceptance that a statement is true or that something exists
This picture connects to the definition, "tenet/belief" because many people are hopeful or want to create peace in their everyday lives, which is a belief of theirs because it doesn't go for everyone, but it it something that they believe or something that they go by.

MONOTHEISM

the doctrine or belief that there is only one God
This picture connects to the word, "Monotheism" because this picture is showing a figure, and many people only believe in that one figure, not multiple.

POLYTHEISM

THE BELIEF IN OR WORSHIP OF MORE THAN ONE GOD.
This picture connects to the word, "polytheism", because this writing shows more than one important figure. Polytheism is all about "more than one power", so this picture connects with that belief perfectly.

ATHEISM

disbelief or lack of belief in the existence of God or gods
This picture connects to the word, "atheism", because the writing says, "Imagine no religion", and really that's what atheists are all about. They don't believe in a god, or religion.

THEISM

belief in the existence of a god or gods, especially belief in one god as creator of the universe, intervening in it and sustaining a personal relation to his creatures.
This picture relates to the word, "theism", because theists are all about God, and another spirit or power. They are all about God and his power, and learning more about that spirit or power.
