You should come to Rhode Island because it's an Awesome colony! I will tell you what year the colony was found and by who? Read to find out so that you would know the start of Rhode Island and the importance of the people who helped find it and their history! The colony Rhode Island was found in 1636 by Roger Williams and other colonists like Anne Hutchison at providence! Also look at this project I did and hope that I persuade you to come to Rhode Island!

You should come to Rhode Island because it's a wintery scene! Just remember your warm clothes and boots. Bundle up because it's chilly. Also don't forget your hot cup of cocoa plus a blanket!

Here's a fact about colonial Rhode Island! England was the coldest of the three regions. Mild and short summers. Leading to long cold winters.

Also having less disease than in the warmer colonies. Less disease ! Would you like to live in a colony with so much disease or with less! Don't you think it's better being in Rhode Island in your cottage and going outside to play and see the beautiful view!

Come to Rhode Island they have healthy crops that farmers plant for you to eat! The crops that farmers grew were pumpkins, rye, squash, and beans! But, guess what their main food that they ate? It was corn! MMMM.... YUMMY!

Don't you think that their food is good?! Imagine all the foods that you can make with those crops! Especially corn! They can make different kinds of foods just out of corn! Come to Rhode Island and your stomach will be happy!

Do you want to know what Rhode Island exported? You could help and earn plus get money for the things that you export! You would of exported fish, timber, furs, ships, and livestock! You would be helping Rhode Island! You should come to Rhode Island!

You should come to Rhode Island because you get to help trade objects to the other New England colonies. You would help them trade fish,whale products,shipping,ship building, timber products,furs,maple syrup, copper, livestock products, horses,rum,whiskey,and beer!

You should come to Rhode Island because it is fun and better than the other colonies! Ill tell you a awesome fact! Did you ever wonder why and how Rhode Island got its name? It was named Roodt Eylandt by Adrian block. The name means red island but refers to the red clay that washes up at shore!

You should come to Rhode Island because it is better than the other colonies! I'll tell you something! Rhode Island had no religion so that meant that there was no religious freedom inhabited areas by the purtains! So would you rather be slaves and be forced to do bad things because of your religion or live in peace?

You should come to Rhode Island because it would be a blast! I will tell you why colonists came to Rhode Island ! Colonists came to Rhode Island because they moved out of Massachusetts to have more religious freedom. This proves that you should come to Rhode Island because as you read Massachusetts was treating them bad. Also this shows that Massachusetts is a bad colony and rhode island has religious FREEDOM!

You should come to Rhode Island because they use natural resources! They don't harm the earth by making human things that can be harmful. They use natural resources that comes from nature and they don't harm it! The natural resources that they used were fish, whales, and forests! They sure think GREEN!

You should come to Rhode Island because you would have a better government than the other colonies! In 1775 Rhode Island was governed as a charter colony!

You should come to Rhode Island because you would help build the manufractures that they made. You would help them build ships.
