Why this Framework

Explain why I picked this framework. CCSS standards and the emphasis on learning practices vs content. Creation vs following directions. Explanation vs memorization. It's not about the TE its about the teacher and their thinking and planning for wonder, curiosity and imagination.

This framework combines Blooms and the DOK in a manner that allows us to examine teacher practice and student work regardless of curriculum being used or grade level
