Another way to get this disease is by animals whether you don't know or aren't informed, If you're petting an animal with this disease you may receive it. Also if a person that already has ring worms has touched an object you have touched you can be affected by this.
Humans can also get it from the soil but that is very rare.
Allylamines come in creams, pills and gels whilst Azoles are medications which are Diflucan and Sporonox Sone which are available without a prescription. Griseofulvin comes in pill form and needs a prescription. Tinactin is allowed without a prescription and comes in the form lotion, cream, gel and spray.
