All drivers face risks, but the factor that contributes most to crashes and deaths appears to be inexperience.
Also another high risk is teenage passengers, distracting the driver: Eg showing the driver pictures on there phone or just constantly talking to them making them distracted while driving.
And drinking and driving, while some don’t do this when they first get there license but it slowly increases when they get more experience and there friends start to pressure them.
All of these risks leads to crashes and and injuries or even death.

16-year-olds have higher crash rates than drivers of any other age. 56% of teens said they talk on the phone while driving.
Strategies to minimise harm to young drivers could be, educating even more to young people in school today, improvements in car technology such as if they do not have there seatbelts on the car will not start, improvement in road conditions.
What the government can do to stop passengers distracting the driver is lessen people in the car and have fines if they go over that limit.
