• Takes on form called Recrysallization
• Then takes on crystallized look after scientific metamorphosis

• Sometimes they put food coloring and scents in.

WHEN EVERYONE DISCOVERED YOU COULD EAT IT

• Was the 18th century when people found out you could eat it
• Used to use twigs as device that crystals could grow on
• Before they found out you could eat it they used it for other things
• Used to use it to perserve certain foods, like fruite
• Used it for medicine
