ROE DEER

A roe deer has a length of 95-135 cm and a shoulder height of 65-75 cm. the antlers are 5-12 cm. older roe deer can develop 20-25 cm long antlers

The male are called Roebuck. Roe deer live in Europe, Marvin,Iceland,Ireland,and the Mediterranean Sea islands.

Roe deer feed on grass, leaves, berries, and young shoots. Bambi was a roe deer, but later became a white tailed deer.

The male have antlers while the female don't.

The habitat of the roe deer are the grasslands, wet lands, and forests.

The antlers can grow up to 1/4 of an inch each day

Roe deer can live for 16 years. Bucks barely live to 5-6 years

The predators of the roe deer are the wolf and Lynx. The male fought for territory.
