• Demi was born August 20, 1992
• She was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico

EARLIER ACTING YEARS

• Demi's first television appearance on Barney at the age of 10
• She then landed her on tv show on Disney at the age of 17
• The show ran from 2009-2011
• It ended because Demi needed to go into rehab.

• Demi agreed to go into rehab after she punched one of her dancers
• Demi went into rehab at the age of 18
• She was cutting, she was bulimic, and she was depressed
• She was diagnosed with bi polar disorder
• Punching her dancer was the 'straw that broke the camels back'

HER TIME IN REHAB

• While in rehab, she had a very hard time opening up
• Demi had been bullied
• She never thought she was good enough
• Her feelings of inadequacy were haunting her

RECOVERY

• Demi was in rehab for 3 months
• Once she was out, she went on hiatus in order to full recover
• She made it her absolute mission to help girls
• Her feelings of self doubt are still there

NOW

• In November 2013 Demi released her very own book
• She released her latest album 'Demi'
• She is currently on her Neon lights tour
• She is a judge on the X factor
